Project “OPEN-DIGI-ECONOM” is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan 2021–2026 and is financed by European Union funds through the NextGenerationEU instrument.
The project adopts a multidimensional approach structured around five work packages:
1. Maturity of regional government open data portals in the Republic of Croatia
2. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of compliance of regional government portals in Croatia with accessibility principles and standards
3. Relationship between open data maturity in Europe and the use of e-government services
4. Text mining of national open data portals to assess open data quality
5. Analysis of privacy and data security determinants within the maturity assessment methodology for open government portals
The work packages are currently in the preparation and preliminary research phase. As conclusions and research outcomes emerge, they will be published on this website.
